Aspinall called the interim belt a real title

Tom Aspinall, the UFC heavyweight champion, stated that the interim champion belt is a real title.

“The interim championship is a real title. It's a real world championship title. People who say it's not a real title have never won titles in their lives. They are the ones who claim it's not,” said Aspinall on his YouTube channel.

Recall, Aspinall was the interim champion until Jon Jones retired, leaving the championship belt vacant.
