John Anik, UFC commentator, believes the promotion is unfairly dealing with top lightweight Arman Tsarukyan.
"With all due respect to Ilia Topuria, Justin Gaethje, and Paddy Pimblett, I think most fans would agree that Arman Tsarukyan looks like the best and most complete lightweight in the world. But only Hunter Campbell, Dana White, and a few select others know exactly what happened leading up to UFC 311. Depending on who you ask, it was either a weight cut issue or an injury.
Regardless, the story continues to be shrouded in rumors, and the fight with Dan Hooker is no longer a contender bout. The world is unfair, so yes—I think he is being treated unfairly. But exactly what happened, and how badly he soured relations with Dana White last January, only insiders know for sure," Anik said on the JAXXON podcast.
