UFC Commentator Opposes McGregor - Chandler Fight

John Anik, a UFC commentator, opposed the bout between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.

“This fight doesn’t really excite. And, in my opinion, it makes no sense for the lightweight division. Maybe it will take place at welterweight. But I would prefer to see Conor against Nate Diaz, Mauricio Ruffi, or someone else...”

Let us recall, the bout between McGregor and Chandler was supposed to happen back in 2023 after the semifinals of the 31st TUF season, where the fighters acted as coaches.
