Prates was offered a fight with Tsarukyan

Ranked UFC welterweight Carlos Prates said he was offered to fight the promotion's lightweight Arman Tsarukyan, but the fight never took place.

“I was offered a fight with Arman Tsarukyan in Armenia, and I agreed, but UFC said no. I was very excited,” the Brazilian fighter said.
