Tsarukyan intends to insure Pimblett vs. Gaethje fight

Arman Tsarukyan, former UFC lightweight title contender, announced that he will insure the Pimblett vs. Gaethje fight.

"I will unofficially be the backup for the Gaethje vs. Pimblett fight. I will approach the weight cut carefully. If needed, I'll be there. I need to stay in shape, prepare, and avoid injuries. After the new year, I will fly to the USA and be ready," Tsarukyan said.

Recall, the Pimblett vs. Gaethje fight will take place in January 2026.
