UFC guaranteed Dvalishvili a rematch with Yan

Merab Dvalishvili, former UFC bantamweight champion, received guarantees from the promotion that his next fight will be a rematch with Petr Yan.

"The UFC contacted me and said: please rest as long as you need, your next fight will be a rematch with Petr Yan for the title. Rest as much as you want, and call us when you are ready. They probably want to hold the fight in the summer, but I don't want to wait until summer. Again, I didn't get any serious injuries in the fight, and I want to have this fight sooner. Maybe in the spring — April would be just right. But maybe they will schedule the fight for the summer."
