“I have a tough challenge ahead, but we have many contenders in line, and they are all challenging me, all wanting their title shot. In the fight with Diego, I intend to go out and make a statement, and then we'll see if they really want it because I'll be ready to get back into action, fight anyone. Whoever the UFC names will be my opponent. I have a simple approach — the UFC gives me an opponent, and off we go!”
