Moicano accused Tsarukyan of destroying the UFC lightweight division

Renato Moicano stated that Arman Tsarukyan destroyed the entire lightweight division by refusing to fight Islam Makhachev.

"When I fought Makhachev, Arman should have fought for the title, but he destroyed the entire division. If he had fought that night, the division would have continued to develop, but now we have Ilia Topuria, who is going through a divorce and doesn't want to fight. They have Justin Gaethje against Paddy Pimblett— for me, this will be a paper champion. There is no point in having an interim fight because Topuria will be the champion anyway."
