Gane summed up the fight with Aspinall

Cyril Gane commented on the outcome of the fight with Tom Aspinall, which was declared a no contest.

“I knew he likes to start very fast, so I worked on defense and counterattacks. I defended against takedowns. In the middle of the first round, I found my rhythm and began to understand well what was happening. I thought I could finish this fight early. I was ready for anything—wrestling, grappling, exchanging strikes. I worked on many things that I like and wanted to show. Creativity in strikes is my thing. And today, I wanted to demonstrate it.”
