British heavyweight David Adelaye discussed the upcoming fight for the mandatory challenger title under the WBO version in his weight category between Joseph Parker and Fabio Wardley.
“I have been in the ring with both. I fought Wardley and before that sparred with Parker. If we talk about who is the more versatile fighter, then it's Parker. Wardley is sharp, Parker has power. Joseph is more disciplined, he knows what he is doing, he throws punches from the right, constantly maintains balance. Wardley is more unconventional, he throws punches you may not see.
I foresee a Parker victory in the later rounds. I think he will work out and stop Wardley. But if Parker is not in form and makes a mistake, he will have problems,” said Adelaye.
