Thompson: “Della Maddalena can win against Makhachev”

Former UFC welterweight title challenger American veteran Stephen Thompson shared his expectations for the fight between reigning titleholder Jack Della Maddalena and Islam Makhachev.

The fight will headline UFC 322, which will take place on November 15 in New York, USA.

“I think Jack can win this fight. But that’s not certain, I can’t guarantee he will go out and beat Islam. No! It will all depend on who executes their game plan better. Who will I bet on? I will bet on Maddalena’s victory,” Thompson said in an interview with James Lynch.
