Merab Dvalishvili, UFC champion in the bantamweight division, believes that Umar Nurmagomedov is being promoted because of his cousin Khabib.

“I have always shown him my respect. As men, nothing else bothers us. We just want respect. I am here because I did the work. Umar is a good fighter. But he was “pushed” because of his cousin. I got angry when he showed disrespect to me. He showed disrespect to me, and that was definitely personal,” said Dvalishvili on the Full Send Podcast.
