Former UFC fighter: "We saw how Chimaev weakens"

Former UFC fighter Josh Thomson commented on the upcoming fight between Dricus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev.

“In the fight with Du Plessis we will find out how good Chimaev is. Are we not comparing him to Khabib? There are no more like Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev. Khabib never got tired.

Chimaev looks fantastic when fresh, but we saw how he weakens in the second, third round. He was brought down by Gilbert Burns, who then lost every fight,” Thomson said in the Weighting In podcast.
