Du Plessis no longer sees Adesanya as a championship level player

UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis believes that Israel Adesanya will never again reach the championship level.

"I don't think Adesanya, with all due respect, will have another championship fight. His legacy is forever established and he can do whatever he wants. I put him in the same category as Anderson Silva. He can lose all he wants. He has a legacy," du Plessis was quoted as saying by MMA Fighting.
