The UFC made a statement regarding the 311 event that was in danger of being canceled due to the wildfires in Los Angeles.

"The NBA has announced that the Los Angeles Clippers and Charlotte Hornets game at the Intuit Dome has been postponed due to the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles and out of respect for the public service resources needed at this time. The health and safety of our community and our fans remain our top priority. With that said, next week's events at the Intuit Dome will go on as scheduled. "The Clippers will host the Miami Heat on Monday, Jan. 13 and the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday, Jan. 15. And on Saturday, Jan. 18, we will welcome the UFC 311 tournament."
