Khabib named the condition for Makhachev's fight with Topuria

Khabib Nurmagomedov named the condition under which Ilia Topuria can become the opponent of Islam Makhachev.

"If he moves up and beats someone like Dustin Porier or Charles Oliveira, he could be next, why not? Without a win in the lightweight division, he doesn't deserve a title fight because Islam has already given the welterweight a chance. People aren't happy with Islam fighting Volkanovski twice, but that fight was insisted on by the UFC and those were good fights, but fighting the featherweight champion three times - why would he do that? It's not fair to the lightweight division fighters. But if Elijah goes up and beats someone like Charles Oliveira, sure. And I think he can beat him."
