Usman publicly refused to fight Rakhmonov

Kamaru Usman, the former UFC welterweight champion, publicly refused to fight Shavkat Rakhmonov on Dec. 7.

"This is a very winnable fight for me. Shavkat Rakhmonov is very good, but I see holes in him and I think I can exploit them when the time comes. But December 7 is too early for that," Usman said.
