UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad has said he has no interest in fighting the promotion's top star Conor McGregor.
"I don't think he's going to look good at 77 pounds. That dude looks like he's on cocaine right now. If he beats Michael, I wouldn't even let him fight me, even though there are guys who accomplish that. It wouldn't happen as there are guys who really put a lot of hard work into their careers. Honestly though, I'd like to slap Conor.
So if management decides to give him a title shot at 77 pounds with me, then I'd have to sit and wait two years for it. That's not going to happen. I hope he faces Chandler, as I truly feel sorry for Michael. He's been waiting too long for this. I don't think this fight will happen though," MMA Fighting quoted Muhammad as saying.
Recall that Muhammad won the title in late July, defeating Leon Edwards by unanimous decision of judges.
