Kamaru Usman, former UFC welterweight champion, talked about his recent sparring session with reigning middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis.
"He's not the fastest or the most accurate, but he must have power. It's been a few years since we sparred and I don't remember him being that strong.
I always realized he hits hard, he swings hard, but now he seems to be confident in his power. Look at that, when he's invested in the punch, both feet come off the ground. From the looks of it, this guy has power, his feet don't stay on the ground, he practically jumps into his punches," Usman said on his YouTube channel.
