Former UFC fighter Matt Brown reacted to the news that Tony Ferguson doesn't want to end his fighting career after his eighth straight defeat.
"When you lose eight fights in a row, no matter what stage of your career you're at, that's pretty normal and probably should end your career. Something is obviously wrong. Whatever it is. If you lose your first eight fights or your last eight fights. The problem is he had so many wins, he was interim champion, had a 12-fight winning streak in his time. But when it's eight losses already, none of that matters. If he had lost those fights earlier in his career, he probably would have walked away. He would have said: "Well, this is definitely not my sport, I've lost eight fights in a row." But because he was already at his peak, he thinks he can get back to it."
