Former UFC flyweight champion Aljamain Sterling reacted to Muhammad Mokaev's dismissal from the promotion.
"I read a lot of comments that make Mokaev look bad, but it's worth clarifying:
- no promotion will pay Mokaev as much as he makes in the UFC;
- few places have the lightest division;
- he shot himself in the foot with his actions and now he's trying to make amends at the expense of hubris," Sterling wrote on his social media page.
