Mike Perry, former UFC fighter, announced the creation of a new promotion at a press conference ahead of his bout with Jake Paul.
"Myself and my team have been working on this for quite some time. We tried to hint at it earlier. Even then we were already paving the way. Now we're ready to make an announcement that it's going to happen very soon. We're very close to getting some athletes together, putting together a card and having a fight this year. Right now my team is targeting a certain type of athlete from each category. Guys who want to stand, punch and put on an exciting spectacle, an entertaining show for the fans. The promotion will look like this: a new ultra-fast and close fight that combines world MMA and classic boxing in an 18-foot certified 'dirty' competition ring," TMZ quoted Perry as saying.
