UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad has offered the promotion's lightweight champion Islam Makhachev a move up to middleweight.
"I told him a couple months ago, 'You can really go to middleweight and win a belt there.' People don't realize how big and strong you are, you're talented enough to do that.' I don't think he has to race weight for the middleweight division. But he can come in there and beat all the guys. I've seen Du Plessis and Adesanya in person - with the skill set that Islam has, he could dominate them," Muhammad told The Schmo.
