Alex Pereira, the UFC bantamweight champion, has given a timeline for his return to the octagon.
"As for the timing, right now I want to take some time off and I think December would be a good time to come back. November or December. But I'm definitely not going to fight before November because I need to rest and prepare well. Also, I have other commitments for October, so even November doesn't really suit me. Most likely I'll finish my business in October, start training in November and have the fight in December. That's the best option for me."
