UFC lightweight division fighter Corey Sandhagen shared his opinion on his next opponent Umar Nurmagomedov.
"To be honest, I don't consider him undefeated. Umar is indeed undefeated, however, he's only had five fights in the league. Outside of the UFC, you don't face the most dangerous and toughest opponents. 17 wins is really a lot, he has a lot of experience, but it's different in the UFC. Umar hasn't faced really strong opposition, he hasn't had tough opponents that he could see mistakes in his style in fights against. It's just that the guys who came out against him were below his class. Therefore, such fights do not allow you to progress as a fighter," - quotes Cory portal MMA Mania.
Recall, the fight between Sandhagen and Nurmagomedov will be held on August 4.
