Pereira explained why he accepted the rematch with Prochazka

UFC bantamweight champion Alex Pereira explained why he accepted a rematch with Jiri Prochazka.

"I like to take advantage of opportunities that come my way. I'll be 37 years old soon and I don't know how much longer I'll be fighting. It's a good chance for me to stay active and keep training. I'm always training and I believe that you have to take advantage of any opportunity whenever it presents itself," said Pereira on TheMacLife YouTube channel.

Recall, Pereira will face Jiri Prochazka in a rematch on June 29. Their fight will headline the 303rd UFC event.
