Former two-weight champion Conor McGregor revealed what everyone already knew: Michael Chandler could get the biggest payday of his career for fighting him.
"Michael will get as much money for a fight with me as he would get for 10 fights under his contract. That means he needs to make 10 fights to make as much money as a fight with me. I am the chosen one," McGregor wrote in social network X.
Recall that McGregor and Chandler were scheduled to fight on June 29 at UFC 303, but the Irishman withdrew due to injury. According to the latest information, the fight will be postponed to the fall.
