Teddy Atlas, former trainer of Oleksandr Gvozdyk, believes that the Ukrainian veteran can win the upcoming fight with undefeated American David Benavides.
The fight for the WBC interim flyweight belt will take place on the night of June 16 in Las Vegas, USA.
"Gvozdik is too fast and too smart, he's elusive and will counter him as hard as he can. He will take him apart, people will be shocked.
I like Benavides. I like what he represents. I like the way he fights, the way he acts, the way he's not afraid to put it all on the line against anyone. I like that - but I think his Gvozdik will beat him," Atlas told Seconds Out.
