O'Malley gave a prediction for Makhachev's fight with Edwards

Sean O'Malley, UFC lightweight champion, has spoken out about a possible fight between lightweight champion Islam Makhachev and welterweight champion Leon Edwards. Sean thinks Leon will beat Islam.

"Honestly, I think Leon will beat Islam. There's a big gap between lightweight and welterweight. It's not 10 pounds (4.5 kg) there, it's 15 (6.8 kg)," O'Malley said on the TImboSugarShow podcast.

Recall, earlier Makhachev himself has repeatedly stated his desire to move up in weight and fight for a second UFC championship belt.
