Jones revealed how he reacted to Reyes' victory

UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones admitted that he was pleased with his former rival Dominick Reyes' victory.

Reyes knocked out Dustin Jacoby in the first round at last weekend's UFC on ESPN 57 show, earning his first win since 2019.

"Honestly, I was hoping Dominick would make a comeback. I watched the review of his technical knockout and I had a smile on my face. Deep down, I respect all of my former opponents and wish them the best. I wish they could learn from the past and move on. Also, I wish I could train with most of them," Jones wrote in X.
