Top American fighter of the UFC lightweight division Cory Sandhagen explained why he does not consider his closest rival Umar Nurmagomedov a unique fighter.
"Umar is a regular person, just like me. Yes, he grew up in a different environment and he has his certain skills that he is good at. He has other qualities like fortitude and a bunch more psychological abilities. But I also have a different path and completely different characteristics.
I don't like to make anyone I have to fight look more important than they really are. Because that's not the case," Middle Easy quoted Sandhagen as saying.
The Sandhagen-Nurmagomedov fight will take place on August 3 at a tournament in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
