Islam Makhachev, UFC lightweight champion is confident that his next opponent Dustin Porier doesn't believe he will win.
"Honestly, Dustin Porier is still the same fighter who faced Khabib in 2019. He's only gotten older. Dustin doesn't believe he can beat me. His trainer doesn't believe he can beat me. Right now, I'm the best fighter in the world. I have an understanding of how to make this fight easy and just finish him because we are on completely different levels with him. When the opponent pressures him, knocks him down, he always has the same problems," Low Kick MMA portal quotes Islam Makhachev as saying.
The Makhachev - Porier fight will headline UFC 302, which will take place on June 2 in Newark.
