Tom Aspinall, the UFC's interim heavyweight champion, is outraged by the fact that the organization's 304th event, which takes place July 27 in Manchester, will take place at night local time.
"It sucks for me and the other fighters from the UK, as well as the spectators. The tournament will end at 6 o'clock in the morning. I asked about the postponement. I was honestly told that's not going to happen. I have no idea how to prepare for that yet. I originally wanted to come to Vegas, but it's too long of a trip. I don't know what to do. It's probably better to go to bed at 9pm, get up at 1am, work out at 5am. And then go back to bed at 7 or 8. I don't know yet. But I'm willing to do whatever it takes to win. If I have to change my sleep schedule, I will do it," Submission Radio quoted Aspinall as saying.
