The judge who gave the victory to Oliveira apologized to Tsarukyan

UFC lightweightArman Tsarukyan revealed that the referee who gave the win in their fight with Oliveira to Charles called and apologized for his decision.

"He gave the third round to Oliveira. He called my trainer and said, 'I apologize, you were right - I shouldn't be giving it to Oliveira.' If I had lost that fight, I would have killed him. He almost killed my career! Continuous training, you're thinking about the fight every day, then you're racing weight, and then there's drama like that. I don't know, maybe he just saw it from the wrong position," Tsarukyan said.

Recall, Tsarukyan defeated Oliveira by split decision of the judges. Their fight took place on April 14 in Las Vegas as part of the anniversary UFC 300.
