Holm reacted to Dana White's advice to end her career

"Things haven't gone the way I envisioned for the last 10 weeks of this training camp. I have no excuses. I got the best coach, the best teammates, the best sparring - all the help I could ever dream of. I stepped into the octagon and lost all focus on the fight plan. I didn't do any of the things we prepared for. And all my respect to Kayla. She was better as a fighter. I just know I'm capable of more. I'm one of those people who likes to reflect on myself rather than run away from things. I think being honest with yourself can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. I am healthy, but my heart hurts. My ego hurts. But I just wanted to say thank you to all the fans that were there for me, and of course my team. My coaches. To my family and my friends. I appreciate you guys and I'll be back."
