Former UFC champion in two weight classes Conor McGregor supported the promotion's CEO Dana White's decision to pay fighters who distinguish themselves at the upcoming UFC 300 event $300,000 bonuses instead of the standard $50,000.

"Huge kudos to Dana White and the UFC for increasing the bonuses to $300k! That money could change the lives of many fighters in this tournament. Taking care of your fighters is paramount! God willing Dana and the UFC will only move forward!

I wish everyone a great show ladies and gentlemen..... I guarantee we will now see absolute fireworks at UFC 300! Looking forward to it!", - wrote McGregor in social network X.

Recall that the UFC 300 tournament will take place on the night of April 14 in Las Vegas.
