According to the authoritative source BoxingScene, Zuffa Boxing is actively working to hold this mega fight in the heavyweight division this year, with the live broadcast planned to be given to the streaming giant Netflix. This will be one of the loudest events in boxing history on streaming platforms.
Interestingly, Zuffa already has a direct connection to Fury's return: on April 11, the 'Gypsy King' will have a comeback fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov, and this fight will also involve White's new promotional structure and will be broadcast live on Netflix.
During a press conference following the second Zuffa Boxing event, Dana White hinted that a true revolution is ahead:
'There's a lot happening that will shake up the entire industry: new signings, new deals, new territories. I'm telling you – by the end of 2026, things will look extremely impressive. In the coming weeks, expect some pretty crazy announcements. I've advanced much further in this venture than I expected, having held only two shows.'
There is no official confirmation from the fighters' sides yet, but judging by the pace at which Zuffa Boxing is gaining momentum, it seems that major news is not far away.
