Fury has been absent from the professional ring for over a year—after two defeats from Oleksandr Usyk in 2024, he announced his retirement. However, at the beginning of this year, the "Gypsy King" began to change his rhetoric, and now it's confirmed: he is back and eager to fight.

"I am absolutely thrilled, ready to get in the ring even today. Let's go! I'm back. April, UK. Four years I've been away, but now I'm here. And I've brought the world's largest streaming platform with me. Who else could have arranged that in Britain? Let's go! And what plans we have for this year... this is just the tip of the iceberg," Fury declared emotionally in a video message.

It should be added that the fight will be broadcast on Netflix. This is not just Fury's return, but also the debut of the largest streaming service in live boxing broadcasts from the UK.
