"He showed that he has courage, and for that he deserves respect," said Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) at the open joint training session before the Friday fight with Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KOs).

"People want to see powerful punches and knockouts, and I will give them all that. I took him and this fight very seriously. Therefore, if the opportunity arises to shake him hard and damage him, I'll do it. Boxing is my passion. I did it against Francis Ngannou, and I'll do it again. First I'll take his soul, then he'll either give up, or I'll knock him out. I want to break him spiritually, morally, and finally, physically," added the former two-time heavyweight world champion.

The fight in Miami will be streamed on Netflix on Friday night. Joshua and Paul are expected to enter the ring around 8:30 PM ET / 7:30 PM PT / 3:30 AM GMT (Saturday).
