Parker and Wardley held a 'stare-down' before the fight

Joseph Parker (36-3, 24 KO) and Fabio Wardley (19-0-1, 18 KO) met today at a press conference ahead of Saturday's interim heavyweight world title fight.

“For me, this is a decisive fight, all or nothing. I’m not even thinking about losing. I’m focused only on winning!” Parker stated.

“This is an important fight for me, for both of us! The most important fight of my career and the most important fight of my life!” Wardley assured.

The winner of the London fight will become the mandatory challenger for four-version champion Oleksandr Usyk (24-0, 15 KO). The fight will be broadcast on DAZN on PPV.
