Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather are set to face off in a super exhibition fight in spring 2026. The event brings together two of boxing's biggest names for a unique showdown that's got everyone talking.

Former UFC champion Daniel Cormier shared his thoughts on the matchup. He doesn't see Tyson scoring a knockout against the smaller Mayweather.

"One thing I know is that we won't see Mike Tyson knocking out Floyd Mayweather. Can you imagine if he just knocks out Floyd and Floyd is so much smaller? It would be the most watched thing you would ever see on TV. The clips would be the most viral thing you've ever seen in your life."

The fight's organizers, Richard and Craig Miele from CSI Sports, have big plans for the event. They're working on a global broadcast campaign and want to use new technology in the ring to make it more exciting to watch.

The Miele brothers explained why they think this fight will be such a big deal:

"Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather are two of the most compelling names and personalities with enduring legacies in all of sports. They are 21st century icons."

Both Tyson and Mayweather are former boxing champions with huge followings. Their different styles and sizes make for an interesting matchup that's got fans and experts curious about how it'll play out.

As the fight date gets closer, we'll likely hear more details about how it'll be set up and where people can watch it. For now, boxing fans have an unusual and exciting event to look forward to in 2026.
