Tyson Fury Reveals Surprising Conditions for Ring Return: "They're Not Who You Think"

Fury stepped away from boxing in January after losing twice to Oleksandr Usyk. Even though he claims he won both fights, the reality tells a different story. In the first bout, Fury stayed on his feet only because of the ropes. The second fight ended with a unanimous decision for Usyk.

Before these losses, Fury had an impressive run. He won the WBC title from Deontay Wilder in their second fight. He then defended it in their final showdown in 2021, a fight many call one of the greatest heavyweight battles in recent times.

In a recent interview with IFL TV, Fury laid out his conditions for a comeback. He's not looking at this year, but next year is possible. He even mentioned 2026 specifically.

"If the right offer comes along and it turns me on, I could fight all of them - 'AJ' (Anthony Joshua), Usyk, Dubois."

Fury's last fight was in December 2024, so he might want a warm-up bout first. Dubois will likely need to rebuild his career before a fight with Fury generates much interest. Usyk has already beaten Fury twice, so that might not be the most appealing option.

Many fans would love to see an all-British clash between Fury and Anthony Joshua before it's too late. This fight could be the one that gets Fury back in the ring.
