Fury quit boxing in early January with a quick post on social media. He'd just lost twice to Oleksandr Usyk. In May, Usyk took Fury's WBC belt and became the undisputed champ. Then in December, Fury couldn't win back three of the four world titles.
Dubois has been doing well lately. He stopped Anthony Joshua in five rounds in his last title defense. That's a big win for the young champ.
On his YouTube show, Froch talked about a possible Fury-Dubois fight. He said:
"Daniel Dubois is not a bad fight, but he's young, hungry lion. I know he's tied up now with the rematch with Usyk but the Dubois Fury fight would be quite interesting, but I do think Fury would be too much for him, but you never know do you?"
Froch thinks Fury would probably win, but he'd still like to see the fight. It's an intriguing match-up between the experienced Fury and the up-and-coming Dubois.
There's been a lot of talk about Fury coming back. Fans and experts are wondering why he's hinting at a return and what fights could tempt him back into the ring.
Many boxing fans still hope to see Fury fight Anthony Joshua before they both retire. It would be a huge event in British boxing. For now, we'll have to wait and see if Fury decides to lace up his gloves again.
