Ryan Garcia is back in the ring, but things didn't go as planned. The boxer lost to Rolly Romero in Times Square last week, getting knocked down and losing by unanimous decision.

Garcia's return came after a one-year suspension, which ended just before the fight. His previous bout against Devin Haney had stirred up controversy with substance use allegations. Known for his confident and cold demeanor to sell fights, Garcia showed a different side after this defeat.

Leaving the event area, Garcia broke down in tears in the van. He took to his X account to share his feelings:

"I'm devastated and really sad for fighting so poorly."

Despite the loss, Garcia tried to find a silver lining. He claimed victory in coming back from "something a lot of people don't come back from."

A week after the fight, Garcia's mood seemed to lift. He was spotted at a pool party with his ex-wife Andrea Celina and other women. Garcia shared an Instagram story captioned "Enjoying time with the wifey," suggesting he's in good spirits.

The party and good vibes appear to be helping Garcia cope with the sting of defeat. What's next for the boxer remains unknown, but for now, he's taking time to regroup and enjoy himself.
