Ukrainian lightweight Denis Berinchyk failed to defend his WBO lightweight title, losing by knockout in the fourth round to Keyshawn Davis. Denis missed a body kick and was unable to continue the fight. This knockout was the first in the career of the Ukrainian boxer.

And before that, in round number three, Berinchik was in a flash knockdown, which was also the first in his professional career.
