Solomon Dacres Reveals Surprising Winner Between Dubois and Parker: "His Power Is Different"

Dubois comes into the fight on a hot streak. He knocked out Anthony Joshua in five rounds last September and has been on form for over a year. The champion packs a powerful punch and moves well in straight lines, giving him a chance in any fight.

Parker, a former champion himself, has also been impressive lately. He's beaten dangerous opponents like Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang, putting him back in the title picture.

David Adeleye, a former European heavyweight champion who has sparred with both fighters, thinks Parker will come out on top. He told Box Nation:

"I think Parker's just a bit too much. [He's] tough. So, I think Parker's gonna do it. I think either he stops Dubois in good fashion, and if he doesn't then it'll be close on points."

Adeleye explained why he favors Parker:

"He's a more well-rounded fighter. He can do a bit more. Good balance, good punch selection, fast, uses his head, he's tough. When you're talking fundamentally, and I've been in the ring with him, I can see certain things he does that can upset Dubois. The advantages he has over Dubois."

But Adeleye didn't count Dubois out completely:

"Dubois whacks. Big boy. Good in straight lines. Obviously, he's a heavyweight so he's in for a puncher's chance. You see him over the last 13, 14 months he's been on form. He's been on fire. He's doing what he needs to do. If he was to win we wouldn't be surprised but if you ask for my opinion I say Parker's gonna win."

The winner of this fight could be in line for an undisputed contest against Oleksandr Usyk. But first, they'll need to deal with a mandatory challenger. That will be decided in May when Martin Bakole and Efe Ajagba face off.
