Fury named the toughest opponent of his career

Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has named the toughest opponent he's ever had to share the ring with.

"If you have to name the toughest opponent of my career, I would probably name Deontay Wilder. I fought him when he was at the very peak of his fighting form. He was a giant with dynamite in his hands. Just one tiny mistake was enough to lose to him by a deep knockout. It could have been in the first round or the 12th round.

This guy is going to be in the Hall of Fame as one of the greatest knockout artists in the heavyweight division. It's always been a major goal for me to beat him. When I saw him shutting down his opponents, I was shocked at how their legs just shut off and they lay there and didn't move," BoxingNews24 quoted Fury as saying.

Recall that on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Fury should hold a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, to whom he lost by split decision of judges in May.
