Jarrell Miller Delivers Shocking Verdict on Joshua-Dubois Clash: "Never Saw That Coming"

Daniel Dubois will defend his newly acquired IBF World Heavyweight Championship against Anthony Joshua on September 21 at Wembley Stadium. The fight sets up an all-British clash between the new champion and the former two-time ...

Dubois got elevated to the IBF throne and will make his first defence against Joshua in a match that's got fans talking. The betting odds favor Joshua, but Dubois has proved his worth with big wins over Jarrell Miller and Filip Hrgovic.

Both fighters pack a punch, with a combined 45 knockout wins between them. They've also shown vulnerability, having been stopped inside the distance in their losses. That's why many think this fight won't go the full 12 rounds.

Jarrell Miller, who was set to fight Joshua in 2019 before a failed doping test derailed those plans, shared his thoughts on the matchup. Miller, coming off a draw with Andy Ruiz Jr, said:

"I'm rooting for Dubois but at the same time I wanna fight AJ cause we have that unfinished beef."

Miller thinks Dubois has a better chin than Joshua. He believes the fighter with the better nutrition and game plan will come out on top. In the end, Miller's rooting for Dubois.

The Joshua-Dubois fight is one of two big heavyweight title bouts in the second half of 2024. The other is the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury. Usyk vacated the belt Dubois now holds after his thrilling win over Fury in May.

There's a chance we'll see the winners of these two fights face off in early 2025. That would set up a massive unification bout to crown an undisputed heavyweight champion.
