Anthony Joshua still wants to fight Deontay Wilder. The British heavyweight boxer made this clear in a recent interview, even after Wilder's two recent losses.
Joshua and Wilder used to be the talk of the boxing world. Fans couldn't wait to see them face off. Wilder had the WBC title, while Joshua held the other three major belts. Both guys were known for knocking people out. But the fight never happened. They couldn't agree on terms, and then they both lost their titles - Wilder to Fury and Joshua to Usyk.
A lot has changed since then. Joshua just beat Otto Wallin. Wilder, on the other hand, has had a rough time. He lost to Joseph Parker, who put on the best performance of his career. Then, Zhang knocked him out in five rounds. Some people think Wilder, who's 38 now, should call it quits.
But Joshua doesn't care about all that. He told DAZN:
"The fight can still happen. For me, why not? I've always said it's not a big deal for me, it is what it is. I get paid to fight. I used to fight for free, a lot, so now I get paid to fight. It's no problem. Strip away the bright lights, the trash talk and stuff, it's only a fight. So yeah, I'd fight Wilder."
Joshua keeps it simple. He sees boxing as his job, and Wilder as just another opponent. He's not worried about Wilder's recent losses or what people are saying.

Right now, Joshua has other things on his mind. He's getting ready to fight Daniel Dubois on September 21. If he wins, he'll be a three-time world heavyweight champion. But it looks like he'll always be open to that Wilder fight, no matter what happens.
