Legendary Filipino boxer and former world champion in several weight classes Manny Pacquiao named the boxer he considers the best regardless of weight class.
"For me, it's Naoya Inoue," Pacquiao responded succinctly in an interview with Seconds Out.
Inoue is the current absolute world champion in the second lightweight division. His professional record to date is 27-0, 24 KOs.
Recall, earlier there were rumors that 45-year-old Pacquiao plans to return to the ring.
